At Tattoox, shipping costs vary based on location and order value. Below you’ll find prices and delivery times by region.

Spain Mainland and Balearic Islands

  • Standard shipping (2/5 business days):
    • Orders from 0.00–19.99€: 3.90€
    • Orders from 20.00–59.99€: 2.90€
    • Orders from 60.00€ and up: Free
  • Express shipping (24/48 business hours): 5.90€

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (48/72 business hours)

  • Orders from 0.00–19.99€: 19.90 €
  • Orders from 20.00–59.99€: 9.90 €
  • Orders from 60.00€ and up: Free

 European Union

  • Standard shipping (4/5 business days):
    • Orders from 0.00–99.99€: 9.90€
    • Orders from 100.00€ and up: Free
  • Express shipping (24/48 business hours):
    • Orders from 0.00–49.99€: 14.90€
    • Orders from 50.00€ and up: 9.90€

Rest of the world

En weekends and public holidays are never included. Our warehouse is in Barcelona so there are no shipments on public holidays in Catalonia.

For our customers in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: Orders may be subject to customs duties. These charges are entirely independent of Tattoox and must be covered by the order’s recipient. Tattoox is not responsible for these additional costs.

 

RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days to return your order from the date you receive it at home.

For the Kit and other tattooing materials it is essential that they are still in their original sealed packaging in order to process the return

Once Tattoox receives the product and our staff verifies and determines that the return conditions are met, Tattoox will refund the User all payments received for the purchase of the returned product, including the shipping costs, within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the return was made. The User informs Tattoox of their decision to withdraw from this contract. Tattoox will process the refund using the same payment method used by the User for the initial transaction, unless the User indicates otherwise. The User will bear the return shipping costs for the purchased product.
