Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Tattoox offers a 30-day return policy for all orders placed on our website.
For any reason, if a customer is not satisfied with their order, they can contact us to arrange a return.

Subject to the following terms:

  1. Tattoox must be notified no later than 30 days after the customer has placed their order.

  2. Products must be in their original condition, retain the original packaging, and be returned with all accessories. Tattoox reserves the right to assess charges for any damaged or missing parts, which will be deducted from the refundable amount.

  3. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If an item was purchased with free standard shipping, the shipping cost will be calculated at our cost price and deducted from the purchase price.

  4. Customers must return the items themselves and at their own expense, assuming in advance all shipping charges or associated costs.

  5. The customer assumes all risk of loss or damage to the product during transit to Tattoox.

  6. If the product is returned to the Tattoox warehouse without a return authorization number, and/or after a period of thirty (30) days, and/or without proper packaging, Tattoox reserves the right to refuse delivery of such return or to return the product to the customer at their expense without issuing a refund.

  7. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after inspection of the returned item. We do not accept responsibility for delays caused by third parties (such as payment processors or other financial institutions).

How do I return an item?

The return process is handled directly from the customer's personal area.

  1. Access your account and go to the section “My orders”.
  2. Select the corresponding order and request the full or partial refund of it.
  3. When requesting a return, a deduction of €3.90 will be automatically applied to the total amount to be refunded, corresponding to the return handling costs borne by the customer.
  4. Once the request has been registered, you will receive a return label within a maximum of 24 business hours.
  5. Place the label on the package and drop it off at any Post Office branch.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email that we have received the returned item. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If a refund has been issued but you have not yet received it, first contact the relevant financial institution to check for any delays in payment processing.

There is usually a processing time before the amount becomes available again on the payment method used.

If after this process you still have not received the refund, contact ecommerce@tattoox.io to review the case.

Changes (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product has been sent.
If you need to make an exchange for any reason, contact ecommerce@tattoox.io.

Return shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you send an item back to Tattoox, it is recommended to use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for the package.
